Pic n Mix splash Logo is a registered Trade Mark 2014, owned by Blue Monkey Vending Ltd and licensed for use by Blue Monkey Vending Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 09082578. The registered office is at 16 Axis Court, Mallard Way, Swansea SA7 0AJ.
DEFINITIONS
‘Seller’ – Blue Monkey Vending Limited ‘Customer’ – The company placing the order
ORDERING OF GOODS
On placing an order with the Seller, the customer will be advised of our minimum order quantity that must be met to complete the order process. If a chosen product is cancelled by Blue Monkey Vending Ltd or is out of stock the seller will notify the customer as soon as possible to advise an alternative.
The seller will send an order confirmation within 7 working days. It is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm in writing that all details are correct and approved, including goods ordered, delivery details and payment requirements of the seller.
PAYMENT
Blue Monkey Vending Ltd works on a pro forma basis, unless otherwise agreed with a director. We accept payment via card, bank transfer and cheque (made payable to Blue Monkey Vending Limited). Payment is required to be made and cleared prior to orders being dispatched.
DELIVERY
An estimated delivery date will be advised on order. We will endeavor to keep you fully informed on the progress of your order at all times. We will advise a confirmed delivery date prior to dispatch, however please be advised that delivery dates and times are best estimates and by no means guaranteed. There will be no discount on your order for delayed delivery. Customers are liable for delivery charges on orders unless otherwise advised.
DIVISIBILITY
- The Company reserves the right to make deliveries/and or services by instalments and to render a separate invoice in respect of each such instalment.
- If the Company exercises its right to make deliveries/and or services in accordance with sub-paragraph (A) above, then any delay in the provision of such deliveries/and or services, or failure to deliver any further instalment or instalments, shall not entitle the Buyer to reject the Contract or the delivery/service of any other instalment or to withhold payment in respect of any instalment previously delivered/serviced.
OUT OF STOCK OR CANCELLED LINES
Blue Monkey Vending Ltd reserves the right to cancel lines at any point, however we will notify the customer of any changes to the range as soon as possible.
RETURNS/FAULTY GOODS
We do not offer a sale or return facility.

MAINTENANCE/APPEARANCE OF MACHINE
The Customer is responsible to maintain the machine appearance set by the seller ‘Blue Monkey Vending Ltd’ in the operator’s manual. These areas include, front windows must be stocked full with correct vending product at all times, and changed with fresh product at regular intervals. Hygiene of the machine is the responsibility of the customer, as instructed in the operator’s manual. The exterior of the machine must remain clean; stickers must be replaced by the customer (ordered through the seller) should there be signs of wear and tear.
‘RETENTION OF TITLE CLAUSE’
The ‘Seller’ retains ownership of ‘all goods’ until all debts outstanding have been paid by the ‘Customer ‘or any other stated obligation is met.
