At Blue Monkey Vending we know you may have lots of questions that need answering, so here, we have listed some of our FAQ s and our answers to them.

When can I have a machine?
Please contact our sales team who will deal with your enquiry and delivery requirements.
How many different types of sweets are there?
We have chosen 10 top sellers that are liked by all. We have more selections available and if a particular sweet is not a popular vend for you, we can discuss changing it for something else.
Where do we buy the sweets from?
Here and only here at Blue Monkey Vending. We will take your order by phone, or alternatively use our online ordering form and we will deliver to your premises within three to five days.
What is the shelf life of the sweets?
8 to 12 months, but don’t worry, you should sell your stock within 2 to 3 weeks!
How many sweets do I need to buy?
We supply a minimum quantity of 500 vends. This includes cups and delivery to your premises. You can order as many as you like over 500, and with every order delivered we will issue you with your security key.
Can we buy sweets to vend from another supplier?
No!… and please there are many very good reasons why you cannot…
we want to ensure that all your customers who vend a cup of sweets get a full cup (approx. 200g) of delicious candy, enjoy it and come back time and time again;
the sweets have been very carefully selected and the size, weight and density have been carefully calculated by applying the intelligent software to deliver value for money time and time again;
with every sweet order (minimum 500 vends), a special security key will be despatched, matching exactly the number of vends you have purchased, and this will have to be issued every time you place your order of sweets from us This protects your returns, the machine’s operation and customer experience.
How much are the sweets to buy, and how much profit do I earn?
Please see our online sweet ordering page for all details. Your returns will vary as to whether you own the machine or rent it.
Can we charge more than £3 per vend?
Yes. We can discuss the options available to you.
Does the machine have Credit / Debit card payments?
Yes. The U.K machines now have Credit/Debit and contactless payment options fitted as standard.
How do I keep the machine clean and ensure it is dispensing hygienically?
We have antibacterial wipes to clean the entire machine, inside and outside. A tub will be provided with every new machine.
We strongly recommend you use these and you can re-order them from us as the need arises.
When filling the machine, please use disposable hygienic gloves, thus ensuring a hygienic process is adopted for all to see.

What is the warranty on the machine?
The machine comes with a six month warranty from date of purchase invoice.
Full parts are stocked by us to support this machine in the event of wear and tear.
Do I need a license or permit to operate this machine?
No, there is no licence or permit required to operate this machine.
I am not from the UK, I am from overseas, do you make them for my country?
Yes we can and already have many enquiries and orders from countries overseas. We will also supply the candy as well, so get in touch with our sales team who will be more than happy to deal with your requirements.
What is the recommended cleaning programme?
We insist all machines are hygienically maintained and recommend the use of food grade anti-bacterial wipes, along the guidelines set out in the cleaning programme under Service and Spares.
